(5/5) Alquilé un coche en Auto Servicio Johnny y su servicio fue excepcional. El personal fue muy amable y profesional. Me ayudaron durante todo el proceso de alquiler y fueron muy eficientes.El personal fue muy serio y se preocupó mucho por hacer bien su trabajo. Los coches estaban en muy buen estado y la devolución fue rápida. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que necesite alquilar un coche de forma confiable y fácil sin dudarlo.

(1/5) Don’t take your car here. Absolutely worst experience I’ve had with mechanics. They charged me for a diagnosis and missed diagnosed the car. I took it to another mechanic and they fixed it no problem and charged me a fraction of what Johnny’s was going to charge. I went back to Johnnys and they still would not refund me. If you want to save money and time then don’t take your car here. Go to J-tech auto

(5/5) Really, really good. Have worked on my Audi and VW. Complicated repairs involving the timing, transmission, etc. Brough my own parts and charged me for labor. In one repair they needed additional parts and were able to secure them quickly, at cost (very small delivery fee) from SD. Time estimates were accurate. Prices were roughly 1/3 what I was quoted in states. Mechanics were really knowledgeable, polite, conscientious, neat workspace. Has been in business for a long time.

(1/5) I paid 7100,00 pesos ($349.00) to have my front shock absorbers replaced and 4245,00 (208.00) to have my rear shocks replaced on November 6, 2021 at 105,000 miles. Now in June of 2022 I have had to have both front and back sets of shock absorbers replaced by a U.S. mechanic at 112,000 miles. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

(5/5) Very pleased with the service that I received. They were able to get me in and diagnose the issue quickly. They then did a great job a got my car done on time and running great. Will use them again.

(5/5) Had a check engine light on my Range Rover while I was visiting Baja, was really sceptical on having it worked on outside the US. luckily Johnny was recommended by a friend, took it over to be diagnosed, ended up being an ignition coil, they had me back on the road before noon for the honest price of $200. Highly recommend these guys, seems to be family owned, very polite and knowledgeable, spoke english, five star job.

(5/5) I can highly recommend Johnny's Auto Service for everything from regular maintenance to an engine rebuild. They are experts in American, Asian and European cars and offer fantastic value. Oh yeah and there's always an English speaker there. Johnny has a very modern shop with all of the computer equipment necessary to service modern cars. Johnny is also a Master Mechanic who actually provides instruction and online education to other mechanics around Mexico.Johnny has gone Above and beyond the Call Call of Duty for me many times literally driving up to my car north of the Border to make sure everything was okay. These are great people are super honest. I have friends who bring their cars from the states down just to have them service by Johnnys.Whether you Live in Rosarito or visitor frequently highly recommend taking your automobiles for service at Johnny's.

(5/5) This is the only place I have found in Rosarito where the mechanics are reliable and honest regarding parts needed and service required,the price for service is a little bit expensive, but is worth.The time stated by them for the repairs is met most of the time, unless more parts, or something else is found after the diagnostic.
