(1/5) Did not complete repairs and lost parts from my car. Had to go to another more qualified mechanic to have my car repaired.Let’s review the facts. • Your shop lost the rather large splash shield November 14, 2020 when the air conditioner (AC) compressor was replaced. • I returned the car about one week later and informed you the part was missing and the AC was not cooling properly. • You said you would look for the part and also ‘attempted’ to service the AC. • The AC still did not cool properly and I returned the car. You again ‘attempted’ to service the AC but failed once again. • You had not found the splash shield and said you would buy one. • Over the course of the next three months I made multiple phone calls and sent many texts that all went unanswered. I also sent you links to three suppliers in the US that had the part, this was February 2021. • It was not until July that I finally reached you by phone. I had tried to call you from my cell and home phone and you did not answer, as you had many times in the past. I called from my wife’s cell phone and you, not knowing the number, answered. During our conversation you said you had ordered the part and it was in Laredo awaiting shipment to San Miguel. Knowing your difficulty with the truth, I asked you to send me the invoice so I would know you had actually ordered it. You, in response, sent me a link for the part for sale on eBay and said, “This is the one I had ordered when do you want to pick up the money”. You had not ordered as you said. Do you see a trend here? I told you it was your responsibility and to order the part and have it shipped down here. • Finally on July 30 you informed the part was here. When I picked up the part I was very disappointed to find it was not a BMW original part, it was a cheap knock off that probably came from China. • It took over eight months for you to finally take some responsibility for your shop’s screw up. I wish Google had negative stars, is so, your shop would rate a -5 stars.

(5/5) Oscar is the best! He knows everything about cars. He builds Nascars and is a mechanic on the team. And if you’re looking for a reliable car, Oscar can help with that. Oscar is a very nice and a genuine caring person. We had him look after our last car, a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe, for over 2 years. Now we have a new car that he will look after continue to look after us. 🚘🚖

(1/5) Mi coche entró con fallas en el sistema de inyección, y salió igual. Me lo tuvieron mas de una semana diciendo que era problemas de la computadora, la cual era nueva 🤷‍♂️. El chiste que nomas me cobraron por tenerlo ahí dentro
